We are today releasing our latest MarketTracker™ report for the global Human Capital sector, covering valuations and M&A activity over the past year ending 31^st August 2022.

Valuations in the global Human Capital sector over the past 12 months reached record highs, 25% above pre-Covid levels, and above major share index benchmarks. This reflects investor forward-looking confidence in the upsides ahead for Human Capital services and technologies serving markets suffering from long-term talent shortages, despite current macro-economic concerns over inflation. There were however falls in valuations of some of the larger, less agile companies in the sector. As for M&A by strategic trade and Private Equity players, activity levels remained high.
