We are today releasing our latest MarketTracker™ report for the global Workforce Tech sector, covering valuations and M&A activity over the 12 months ending 31^st October 2023.

Highlights of our report are:

1. Having been part of the US-led tech selloff and valuation rebase of 2021-22, valuations in the Workforce Tech sector have recovered and outperformed most major indices over the past 12 months;
2. Underlying valuation (ARR) multiples have however remained flat on account of concerns over the impact on the Workforce and Talent markets of ongoing inflation, interest rates and geopolitical instabilities;
