Much of our advisory work is cross-border, which is the way of successful M&A nowadays. Since our founding in 2010, our modern approach to operating internationally has been to connect and build dialogues directly with buyers, sellers and funders across the B2B sector globally, leveraging technology and research to do so.

But we also often travel for our clients as sometimes on deals the very best solution is for us to be there in person (we never cede control of our clients' deals to overseas local partners like our large competitors do). When overseas on deals, we often use our representative office bases in North America (Chicago) and Asia Pacific (Tokyo).
