BOXINGTON COMPLETES SALE OF NEXTWAVE PARTNERS TO ATLAS PROFESSIONALS

THE DEAL

Global renewables and climate-tech recruitment group NextWave Partners (“NextWave”) has been sold to strategic buyer Atlas Professionals, an investee company of HAL Investments N.V.   Price and terms are not disclosed.

NextWave Partners is the largest independent provider of permanent and contract recruitment services to the ultra-high growth renewables and climate-tech sectors, supporting clients in the energy transition worldwide. The Business has a global presence with offices in in Singapore (HQ), New York, London, Australia, Taiwan, Tokyo, Vietnam, Japan and Korea.

Atlas Professionals is a Netherlands headquartered, global recruitment business specialising in the provision of professionals to the energy, marine and renewables sectors. Since 2011 Atlas Professionals has been an investee company of HAL Investments N.V. a subsidiarity of HAL Holding N.V., an international investment company listed on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange.

We acted as exclusive M&A lead advisors to the shareholders of NextWave, identifying and accessing the most relevant strategic buyers internationally though our proprietary, research-driven network in the recruitment and Human Capital management space.
