Tim qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) London in 2000 before moving into mid-market corporate finance where he has spent his career to date. He has led, originated, and been involved in more than 110 M&A deals within Boxington's sectors of focus, making him one of the market’s most experienced deal-doers. Through his deal experience, Tim has developed a particular reputation in international cross-border transactions across the UK, Europe, Asia-Pac, USA, and other regions.
Tim founded Boxington in 2010 and is a regular speaker and writer on M&A.

Yuuichiro is an experienced corporate financier with unique access to Business services and technology sector buyers and sellers across Asia Pacific and Europe. He began his investment banking career at S.G.Warburg in London and subsequently worked at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Business Development Asia. He is the founder of Crimson Phoenix.
Yuuichiro studied Economics at Keio University and Business Administration at London Business School. He has spent half his working life in Japan and the other half in the UK, meaning that he is bi-cultural and bi-lingual. Yuuichiro is a regular commentator on Japanese and Asia Pacific economic, business, financial and political matters on tv, radio, and other broadcast and media.

James qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC London in 2021, where he worked in its Banking and Capital Markets division, providing accounting and assurance advice to UK-based investment and commercial banks.
At Boxington, James focuses on project-managing transactions throughout all stages of the M&A process as well as originating and maintaining dialogues with buyers and investors in the UK and internationally. Additionally he has oversight of our analyst team, research tools, and proprietary databases, and is co-author of many of our regular sector-focused MarketTracker reports.

Peter is one of the UK’s most experienced transactional and corporate lawyers with over 40 years’ experience as a partner with Simmons & Simmons, Jones Day and Fox Williams, where his focus has been on private company domestic and international M&A and private equity and investment transactions, across a range of business to business, technology, media and other sectors. In that capacity, he has been an advisor to Boxington for a number of years, and has supported Boxington’s clients on a range of M&A related matters.
Peter holds an Honours Degree in Modern History from Oxford University.
